Recruitment
There
are many routes into new employment. The industry is awash with
specialist and generic agencies and headhunters; some good, some
bad. Many large businesses go direct to market. The old boy network
has even been sanctioned with many large and desperate organizations
offering employee incentives to recruit their friends and acquaintances.
We
don’t intend to replace or dis-intermediate any of these routes
to the employment market. We do however, aim to complement
them and make them more efficient and cost-effective, for all parties.
For
a search fee, corporate clients will have access to MBAmatch your
qualification and career details. When a match looks promising,
we will contact you to seek your permission to release your contact
details to the employing organization or agency.
Independence
We
are an independent company - we have no ties to established recruitment
companies, which means that anyone can use our services. This maximizes
our member's access to the best jobs for MBAs.
Permission
Marketing
We
recognise that time is your most valuable resource. So we ensure
that we do not interrupt it, any more than you desire.
We
work on the principle of ‘permission marketing’ – i.e. obtaining
your permission to continue to market our services to you. We ask
you to tell us what you are interested in and what types of communication
you would be happy to receive.
Quality
of Service
We
are committed to providing a high quality, easy-to-use, instant
service to our members and clients. If you are not satisfied with
our service, for whatever reason, we would ask you to bring the
matter to our attention by

or directly by phone.
Privacy
These
days it is too easy to suddenly find yourself on endless marketing
lists without even knowing how organisations have obtained your
details. Giving out your contact details, let alone your personal
curriculum vitae, is not something you do lightly.
We
guarantee that none of your contact details will be passed on by
us to clients, without your express permission. We adhere to a strict
privacy policy with regards to member and clients details. We are
registered under the Data Protection Act 1984 - Reference PX4477633.
Our hosting company holds all member and client details securely.
